Big Fish is by far one of my most favorite movies and one of my most favorite Tim Burton films. Burton is a visionary. It paints one of the most beautiful love stories between a father and son, a husband and wife, and a man and life.
This is a beautiful masterpiece that you can't help but be drawn in. Edward Bloom is an incredible character and story teller. He is a lover and was always too big for the bowl he was in.
Ewan McGregor (Star Wars), takes the lead as the young Edward Bloom and throughout the film senior Ed Bloom is telling elaborate stories about his life. His son, Will Bloom, has lost his relationship with his father over the years because of Ed's imagination.
Once again, if you like heartwarming films, this is a good one. It teaches you to appreciate life and sometimes making life more beautiful in writing can make it more enjoyable for others.
